Dear International Community, Associated Press, Democratic Allies:
We urge you to consider not calling Mr. Nicolas Maduro “Venezuela’s President”. These are some of the ways Maduro continues to violate the *Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela and Venezuelan’s human rights:
1. He has not shown his birth certificate proving that he was born in Venezuela (one of the requirements to be President of the Venezuelan Republic). There are allegations he was born in Cúcuta, Colombia. If this is true, his illigitmate (electoral fraud in April 14, 2013) the presidency is null. An on-line newspaper in Quito, Ecuador posted an article today regarding this matter http://www.hoy.com.ec/noticias-ecuador/en-duda-la-nacionalidad-de-nicola-s-maduro-584991.html
Mr. Guillermo Cochez (ex-embassador of Panama in OAS) gave Maduro an ultimatum to show his birth certificate by Sunday, June 30, 2013, he claims he has proof of his birth place http://informe21.com/guillermo-cochez. As it stands, if Maduro was born in Cúcuta, Colombia he violates article 40 of the constitution, if he became a Venezuelan citizen at 11 years-old he violates article 40, since the constitution allows the age to be 7.
2. People are being killed at higher-than-average numbers, even with the “Patria Segura” plan he put in place sending troops to the streets to an apparently secure the streets. Some claim that “Patria Segura” is another method of intimidation to prevent the citizen from protesting against the regime and is taken to the streets only when there’s announcements of a protest from resistance. This has not reduced the number of people being murdered.

This violates Venezuela’s Constitution and also Venezuelan’s Human Rights.
On July 4, 2013, the national secretary of the Primary Doctrine of Justice, Juan Miguel Matheus, analyzed in Noticias24 Radio the constitutional right of life and the implications that brings to Venezuela that these rights are not respected since “the State is not guaranteeing the conditions of order and peace”.

3. There is a report of high numbers of people dying of AH1N1 and the government is not taking any measures of reporting the real numbers, or taking any measures to resolve the situation. This is another violation to the human rights and the constitution by not providing appropriate health conditions (Articles 83, 84, 85)
http://somosvenezolanos.wordpress.com/2013/07/02/violacion-al-articulo-83/
On July 4, 2013, Fernando Henríquez Ostos, president of the Medical College of the Carabobo state, declared that the health in the entity is found in emergency due to the increase of cases of the virus H1N1 and dengue as well as the well as the infrastructure of the hospitals due to lack of funds and Constitutional responsibility from the government http://noticias24carabobo.com/actualidad/noticia/21624/colegio-de-medicos-en-carabobo-alerta-emergencia-por-incremento-del-h1n1/
4. Another violation of the constitution is allowing Cuban-regimen to interfere with Venezuela’s elections and other affairs.

5. The electronic voting system controlled from Cuba also violates the Constitution
http://youtu.be/_-sqNJ6SzXM. Not having transparent elections is also a violation to the Constitution, here is a link to a translation of the report made by the Institute of European Studies http://somosvenezolanos.wordpress.com/2013/06/19/experts-claim-that-the-cne-the-fanbase-and-still-tsj-government-lines-and-tell-incident-polling-station-in-caracas/

6. A summary of the possible electoral fraud in Venezuela that nulls the elections http://youtu.be/nEoTQlUCEc4
The Venezuelan resistance has tried to resolve the electoral fraud by exhausting every legal measure CNE (Consejo Nacional Electoral), TSJ (Tribunal Supremo de Justicia), OAS (Organization of American States) Interamerican letter of democracy; but nothing has been resolved due to internal threats, and exchange of favors for oil.
We urge you to consider not calling Mr. Nicolas Maduro “Venezuela’s President” on any of your future reports before all these issues are cleared up. One of the news reports from Noticias Venezuela called him “the successor elected by Chavez’s finger”. You can help the Venezuelan people by bringing these issues to light and exposing the violation of the human rights the international community and encouraging democracy to be reinstated in Venezuela.
Sincerely,
a concerned citizen
